The Influence of Dicipline Work, Motivation and Work Environment on Employees Productivity Section Production PT. Glen-Nevis Mountain Eggplant District Banyuwangi. ItaDwiYuniar Study Program of Management Agroindustry Majoring of Management Agribusiness ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of work discipline, motivationand working environment on employees productivity in the production section PT. Glen-Nevis Mountain Eggplant District Banyuwangi.The population in this study as many as 130employees.Sampling using the technique of sampling jenuh of 130 respondents.The data used are primary and secondary data.Technical analysis of the data used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Results of research conducted regression testing t test showed that the variables that significantly influence productivity, namely dicipline work and work environment, whereas variables not significant effect on the productivity of that motivation.Regression testing F test showed that work discipline, motivation and working environment simultaneously significant effect on productivity.Variables that most dominant influence on productivity is variable work environment.
